In today’s complex and competitive business world, lucid, effective communication is essential. It is the foundation on which companies and careers are built.
Business etiquette is made up of significantly more important things than knowing which fork to use at lunch with a client. Unfortunately, in the perception of others, the devil is in the details.

| WHATS WITH THE CAPS? |
Have you ever received an email or document and the person has typed it in all caps? (Don’t they know that means their yelling? Well, for some of us we need to use those documents. I asked my friend at work if there was a way to change the ALL CAPS document into lower case…and there is!! Highlight the text you would like to change and hit Ctrl F3 on your keyboard. Magically it will change the document to all lower case. And you can even take it one step further by pressing Ctrl F3 again, and it will capitalize the beginning of the sentences. (How they should have sent the email in the first place.) Hope this help some of you!
